misdelivery
Delivery of mail, freight, goods, or the like, to person other than authorized or specified recipient. The delivery of property by a carrier or warehouseman to a person not authorized by the owner or person to whom the carrier or warehouseman is bound by his contract to deliver it. In commercial law, refers to a bailee surrendering goods to someone other than the person entitled to them under a document covering the goods
